We are so excited to offer very first hands on wellness workshop!🥳 We are hosting an Ecotherapy Workshop: “Get Dirty & Learn About the Holistic Wellness Benefits of Home Gardening”. We want to show others that you don’t have to travel somewhere extravagant or own acres of land in order to connect with the natural world.

-Psychotherapist and owner of Guidance & Growth Psychotherapy Services, LLC🧠🌱✨, Kelsi Amerine will be providing psycho-education on the holistic wellness benefits and misconceptions of horticulture, the mindful art of plant management and cultivation. Kelsi will guide you though the process of starting veggie and/or herb seedlings while discussing the practical ways that you can incorporate horticulture into your daily wellness routine.

-Who is this appropriate for?: Everyone! Children are welcome but do require their own ticket if they will want to engage in the mindful planting exercise with the help of their caregiver. Please inform us if you require any physical or emotional accommodations in your RSVP registration form!

-Your $25 ticket includes🎟: Approximately one and a half hours in an small group setting in an intimate backyard patio area with Kelsi, bottled water will be provided, and each participant will leave with three individually potted veggie and/or herb seedling starts with “greenhouse” dome lids and labels.

-Registration consists of two parts! Use the “RSVP Form” button below to complete our RSVP Registration Form. Once we receive your RSVP form, we will email you an invoice to be paid at least one week prior to the workshop. We MUST receive your full $25 payment in order to reserve your spot! But if the workshop is cancelled due to inclement weather, tickets will not be refunded and the workshop will be rescheduled for the next similar date and time. The workshop will be taking place in the back patio area of the historic home situated behind The Postmark building. Plenty of parking is available in front of and alongside The Postmark building.
